Before he handed over the company and turned it into an AG, the service was perfect! Unfortunately not anymore and we have changed to another IT service provider! I would now like to have the network documentation as discussed on the phone. It doesn't help to block me in the telephone system #31# before the number. I'm sure you all know this *yawn* Due to the relatively friendly response from text blocks, there are now 4 stars for you

With regard to the network documentation, we would like to point out that the contractual relationship was already terminated at the end of June. As part of the offboarding process, we have handed over all documentation to an authorized person (management) of the company in question.
