The apartment had everything I needed, except that the view looks out onto an inner courtyard surrounded by buildings, which isn't ideal. It's a small but quiet, clean, and very bright apartment, with air conditioning, a coffee maker... even the hair dryer has a diffuser, a detail I really liked. Right in the heart of the city, with a bus stop right out front and a subway station just a 3-minute walk away. One thing worth noting: the blinds are electric, which is very convenient when you’re in a hurry.

Location is great, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Great and clean rooms and staff is very helpful. English speaking staff is available & all info is obtained through QR codes placed everywhere in the apartment.

I stayed here for several weeks earlier this year. It was a wonderful stay. Excellent location, high-quality facilities, and top-notch services. Comfortable, refined, reliable, safe, and true to its promise. My eternal gratitude to the entire staff, and very especially to my dear friends Marina and Beatrix, who made me feel at home and whom I remember for their kindness, knowledge, experience, and for always being there whenever I needed them—thank you so much. I stayed with Madrid Rental Flats for nearly three months during a very difficult time for my family, and I truly cannot say enough about how exceptional they were. From the very beginning, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, safe, convenient, and easy to navigate, which made a huge difference given everything we were managing day to day. What stood out most, though, was the management team. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. During a stressful and emotional period while during a family emergency, their kindness and reliability made a real impact. It’s rare to find this level of care and consistency. I am deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Madrid Rental Flats without hesitation.

Perfect for medium-length stays—they offer flexible rental options, and the staff is fabulous. The apartment is spotless, with attention to every detail; the best part is the weekly cleaning—five stars!

We've stayed in these apartments on several occasions because they're always very clean, very comfortable for working, relaxing, cooking, etc., have an excellent location, and are very well equipped. The service and attention provided by the people who manage them are outstanding.
