From the initial intake through to the final implementation, the communication was clear throughout, and it was always obvious what they would deliver. They also offer the option to have a desktop built. No matter how crazy or big your plans are, they’ll make it happen for you. I had them build my own gaming PC. I shared what I wanted in terms of the performance I expected from the desktop and the parts I wanted included. They then advised me on which components were higher quality (with proof) and what combination would deliver the best performance. Throughout the entire process, I could reach out anytime with questions about everything—other parts, value for money, and so on—and I always got a friendly, helpful response. And as long as the parts haven’t been ordered yet, you can still adjust everything until you’re completely satisfied. The employees at RealNetwork are patient, genuinely passionate about what they do, and will keep you updated if you want. The service they provide goes far beyond what you get from other companies.
