Mr. German, before making comments like that, you should know that the “baggage-handling companies,” as you call them, are associations of people with disabilities and the unemployed. We support them by giving them vests and tickets for free… in exchange, they display our advertising. Terrible service, unprofessional, and very money-grubbing—a terrible experience. They won't give you your money back or offer any solutions. I definitely wouldn't recommend them…

Good morning, sir. We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t a good one. We tried to explain what happened with the printing on your T-shirts—it was due to the poor quality of the design you sent us, and we had previously warned you that it didn’t meet the standards required for a high-quality print. Regardless, when you came to pick up the merchandise, we tried to explain this to you, but you didn’t take it very well; you refused to understand what had happened and didn’t leave us any room to find a solution. As I mentioned to the gentleman who was with you, I asked them to bring us a sample of the T-shirts they had so we could find a solution and ensure they left as satisfied as possible. We’re open to having you stop by our facility to resolve the issue, and please send us a logo of reasonably decent quality. Thank you very much, and we look forward to your visit, as I mentioned to your colleague.

I requested a quote with all the necessary information four days ago. I've called several times, and they keep telling me that the person in charge has returned from vacation and is catching up on work… Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought a pair of waiter's pants, went to exchange them for a size larger, and it turns out they told me which style I could order—it cost €14 more—and I told them that wasn't my problem. On top of that, they don't give you a refund (which is illegal); they give you a gift certificate instead.
