Owner-managed since 2005. Our core team combines Drupal development, UX design, and strategic consulting under one roof. Simon Kock (founder) is responsible for UX strategy and AI integration, while Michael Rietz (founder) heads up project management and business development. Complemented by experienced full-stack developers and UX designers, we work as a well-coordinated team on complex web platforms for the public sector. Description
Complete web relaunch of a comprehensive university with 14,000+ students and a complex organizational structure consisting of faculties, research centers, and administrative units—from a 20-year-old legacy CMS to our PROGRESSIVE Drupal Distribution. Over 1,500 editors work on the platform. One of the largest university relaunch projects in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Solution
Built on the PROGRESSIVE Drupal Distribution, our Drupal platform with accessible components developed specifically for the public sector. Agile approach with stakeholder workshops, iterative UX design, and phased migration with parallel operation until the old system is completely replaced. Integration of an AI-supported RAG chatbot, one of the first implementations at a German university. Automatic translation via DeepL with subject-specific glossaries.

- Full BITV 2.0 / WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
- Automated role and rights management via campus management
