After my computer had been hacked and then run through a virus scanner, I still had problems with Outlook. The contacts were quickly restored, great; the fact that I now have several Outlook programs in German and English next to each other could not be solved. The next day Outlook could not be opened at all. The promised callback from the Pointcom representative on Friday, 11:00 a.m. did not come that day. I had the outage all weekend and contacted another company on Monday. P.W., 9.4.2022
