Hi Claire, We’re sorry for your comment, which, in our view, doesn’t reflect the full progress of the project. The items that were approved were delivered and integrated within the agreed timelines. However, several pages remained on hold due to lack of approval, despite multiple follow-ups, several design proposals, and regular discussions over the course of several months. We’ve always been available to move the project forward, but we couldn’t finalize items that were left without feedback or decisions on your side.
