I just called them and asked if it’s possible to talk in English. A man said “No” and directly closed the phone. It was so rude. If you aren't going to speak English, why are you working in a tour business for showing tourists around?

A very big thank you to our super great rickshaw driver Sascha. He made our wedding day an unforgettable day. We received the rickshaw ride as a wedding gift and our driver Sascha brought us closer to Cologne in an interesting, funny and musical way. We could discover great places, buildings and the history of Cologne. Simply great. The day was just perfect. Thank you very much again.

Came within 5-6 min after call, fast, not 100% local knowledge but still fast. Somewhat expensive therefore one star deduction. For about 6min ride 10-12€ wanted. With the cab it would be faster and at least 5€ cheaper.

Rickshaw tour through Cologne with driver Sascha was just great, very extensive, infomativ and fun, is absolutely recommendable! We have come very far through Cologne and have seen the most beautiful places 👍

Thanks to our nice rickshaw driver, Sascha, my girlfriend and I had a super great afternoon, saw a lot of Cologne and learned about its history. And everything also told in an original Cologne dialect. We had a lot of fun. Thumbs up
