We worked with the photo and video agency peal to have our orthodontic practice photographed and to produce a video for our website—and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Communication with the entire Peal team was excellent from the start: clear, friendly, and always quick. The whole process was well thought out, professionally managed, and incredibly pleasant. The results speak for themselves: beautiful photos and a great video that perfectly reflect our practice. Individual requests were also accommodated at all times, flexibly, uncomplicatedly, and with a great deal of understanding. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly team, who are not only technically impressive, but also make for great collaboration on a personal level. In addition, everything went very quickly, without the quality suffering in the slightest. I can recommend peal without reservation and am already looking forward to future projects!

Opaque social media packages - what was agreed was not delivered. We expressed our wish several times in writing that we only wanted video content. Unfortunately, the number of videos for the agreed number of posts was not delivered. After complaining, we received the following reply: "You had decided that you wanted more videos. We have also provided this. As the effort required for videos is of course greater than editing images, we have adjusted the quota accordingly." You have to communicate this in advance and offer a different package if necessary. The content for all the videos came from us, we didn't contribute any of our own ideas. We also had to supply images for the video montage. All in all, hiring Peal as an external social media agency did not reduce the workload, but instead resulted in additional work (and additional costs). There is a lack of commitment and the manpower to handle the large number of different projects.

We commissioned peal for a new corporate film and product photos. The process was uncomplicated and we really liked the creative input. At the beginning it was only about the two projects. Peal now looks after us fully as an advertising agency and we are very satisfied.
