I would like to share my experience of how my interview at Paragon Landsberg went. Originally, an interview with a specific contact person was planned. In fact, someone else was present who was not originally scheduled. After an interview that initially seemed very positive, I received an unexpected rejection. It was interesting that the decision was obviously influenced by someone who was not actually responsible for this decision in a managerial position. This gives the impression that the personal preferences of individual employees are taking precedence over the actual interests of the company. This also makes it clear to me why positions may remain open for longer. It seems as if internal personal interests sometimes take precedence over the professional needs of the company.
