Palmsquare

Palm Square built the website for my accounting and outsourced CFO firm, and the whole process went very smoothly. The design is outstanding—modern, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the high-end image I wanted to convey. They really listened to my needs, were responsive at every stage, and offered practical advice right through to launch, including on appointment-booking tools. The finished site is professional, easy to navigate, and consistent with my positioning. A reliable, pleasant team I’m happy to recommend.

Excellent support, attentive listening, and effective problem-solving. Highly recommend!

A huge thank-you, Keziah, for the outstanding support. I really appreciate your technical expertise, advice, availability, and kindness. The website is now in great shape, and I’m relieved to know I can count on such a highly skilled team. 👍🙏

A huge thank-you to Marie-Rose and Kézia for the work they did on the Mentor Goal website.

They really took care of everything from start to finish. Beyond the end result, what impressed me most was how they managed the project. Communication was smooth throughout—we always knew where things stood, what was in progress, and what decisions needed to be made. Honestly, that’s rare and worth highlighting.

They’re highly professional, skilled, and responsive, and they genuinely take the time to understand your needs rather than rushing into execution.

Our offering is still evolving, so the website is too. It’s great to know we can keep relying on them for maintenance and updates without having to start from scratch every time.

In the end, they delivered exactly what we were looking for: a reliable team we can move forward with confidently, and a truly turnkey service.

Thanks again to both of you.

I hired Palmsquare to audit my website, which was already built on WordPress. Keziah gave me several tips to improve the site’s navigation and SEO. He prepared multiple action items on a Notion page and walked me through everything during the call. It was super clear—thank you!

I highly recommend Palmsquare. Keziah is professional, attentive, and very friendly!

Big thanks, Keziah, for your great training, your availability, and your adaptability! Because of you, I learned how to build my own website—I never would have managed it on my own!

I highly recommend it! Kéziah was able to respond perfectly to my technical request with a lot of professionalism. He was very responsive—he quickly found an effective solution to my issue and provided excellent follow-up. I’m completely satisfied with his work, and I won’t hesitate to call on him and his team again.

First-class support: a provider that’s technically on the cutting edge—and, just as importantly, on the marketing front as well. After finishing the training, my goal wasn’t only to understand the basic mechanics behind a website—it was mainly to have a way to land my first meetings with prospects. And for that, it’s not enough to simply know how to use a few technical tools; you need a really sharp, nuanced marketing approach. You can sign up for a Palmsquare training with your eyes closed!

Exceptional quality of instruction. Extremely engaging and genuinely passionate about her craft, Keziah knows how to share her knowledge clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand. I highly recommend her.

We’re extremely satisfied with the new website redesign Palmsquare delivered. The team was attentive, responsive, and full of ideas throughout the project. The quality of their work convinced us to continue the partnership, including with a monthly support plan for site maintenance and updates. A serious, knowledgeable, reliable partner—and extremely friendly to boot (which doesn’t hurt)—whom we recommend without hesitation!
