1 star is still too many - Mr. Dieralf probably doesn't know customer friendliness! Sending customers to a 1€ store just because the customer points out expensive shipping! Sad but true!

As a business customer, I feel obliged to warn other companies of the significant problems we have experienced. Our collaboration with Online Rebellion has been characterized by constant disappointment. **Massive project delays:** The promised project timelines turned out to be unrealistic. What was advertised as a quick implementation dragged on for months without any foreseeable major progress. Deadlines were regularly missed, and in the end we were left with an unfinished project. **Unexpected cost increases What was initially presented as a calculable project turned into a financial burden far beyond our original expectations. Additional costs arose unexpectedly for us without us being able to understand them. **Quality defects:** The quality of the work delivered did not meet our expectations, which led to operational disruptions. **Inadequate support and communication deficits:** The support during the project did not meet our expectations. Inquiries were answered late or incompletely, important information reached us late, and we often had the impression that nobody had an overview of the project status. Communication was characterized by misunderstandings and a lack of coordination between the various contact persons. **Negative impact on business:** The problems with this agency had a direct negative impact on our business. Planned activities could not be carried out, sales opportunities were lost and the workload for our own team increased significantly. A) Outstanding receivables and ongoing proceedings There have been outstanding invoices for several months which have not been paid despite repeated reminders. The matter is currently undergoing legal clarification. Repeated queries about invoices and bookings have repeatedly delayed the progress of the project. B) Repeated evaluation scheme by Sofanella A look at other public reviews of your business partners suggests that your review here is not an isolated case. Several former service providers - especially agencies - report comparable experiences with you, which are reflected in almost identical 1-star ratings. Owner responses on these platforms show partly identical patterns in the course of the project and in the escalation. C) Negative reviews after the end of the project After Sofanella GmbH terminated the collaboration and we took legal action, several negative reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot, GoLocal and werkenntdenBesten followed within a few weeks - some anonymous, some under pseudonyms, some via employees. This review on Google is the first under a real name. The link is technically traceable and documented. To the points you mentioned in detail: 1. massive project delays - due to your change requests: The originally agreed project durations were based on a contractually clearly agreed scope of services. In the course of the project, the customer made numerous change requests, which naturally had an impact on the schedule and implementation logic. We communicated these transparently and documented them in writing. 2. unexpected cost increases - due to extensions to the order: The project was calculated with the customer in advance and approved by the customer. Subsequent extensions or additional services were only implemented after prior written approval by the customer. There were no unexpected "hidden" costs at any time. The customer was able to see this transparently at all times, both in the project management and on every invoice. 3. no quality defects: All services delivered were implemented in accordance with agreed specifications, tested and handed over in coordination with the client.
