Sehr positive Erfahrung mit ONE HIRING und ganz besonders mit Lukas Friedrichs. Ich hatte bisher noch keinen Recruiting-Prozess, der so schnell, professionell und gleichzeitig so gut auf meine Erwartungen abgestimmt war. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag sind nicht einmal drei Tage vergangen und das, obwohl ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt eigentlich gar nicht aktiv auf Jobsuche war. Lukas hat von Anfang an sehr genau verstanden, was für mich bei einer neuen Position wichtig ist. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert, transparent und sehr angenehm. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, einfach nur in irgendeine offene Stelle vermittelt zu werden. Mittlerweile bin ich seit rund sieben Monaten in meiner neuen Position und nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Rückblickend hat das Gesamtpaket wirklich genau zu dem gepasst, was wir zu Beginn besprochen hatten. Daher auch mit etwas Abstand eine klare Empfehlung für ONE HIRING und ein besonderes Dankeschön an Lukas für die tolle Betreuung! 🙂

Ich hatte eine 1-Stern-Rezension veröffentlicht, nachdem mich Herr M. Schmidt in 2024 vom doch so überragenden Angebot von One Hiring überzeugen wollte, obwohl ich ihm mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich kürzlich erst einen neuen Arbeitsvertrag unterschrieben hatte. Auf die Nachfrage zum neuen Arbeitgeber meinte Herr Schmidt nur, dass "man es dort ja für gewöhnlich eh nicht lange aushalten würde" und man doch die unglaublichen Angebote von One Hiring im Kopf behalten solle. Nach dieser unglaublich unseriösen Bemerkung habe ich das Telefonat beendet. Zwei Jahre später kam nun die Löschanfrage von One Hiring an Google wegen Diffamierung. Beim neuen Arbeitgeber bin ich übrigens immer noch.

Ich hatte vor Ewigkeiten schriftlich darum gebeten, meine gespeicherten Daten (wo immer diese Firma sie her hat) zu löschen und mich nicht mehr zu kontaktieren. Ständig wird man zu jeder Tageszeit kontaktiert und wenn man höflich erklärt, dass man sich gerade im Büro befindet und kein Interesse an einem neuen Jobangebot hat, wird das einfach ignoriert oder vorgeschlagen, sich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu melden. Geht gar nicht! Lasst mich endlich in Ruhe!!!

Ich habe persönlich sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Fabian Gombarek von ONE HIRING gemacht, als es um die Vermittlung eines Jobs ging. Sowohl das Erstgepräch, als auch Follow-Ups und das abschließende Gespräch empfand ich als informativ, zielführend und auch motivierend. Fabian hat meiner Meinung nach ein hervorragendes Gespür auch für den m.E. z.T. unterschätzten menschlichen Faktor in der Arbeitswelt. Und dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. 100% Weiterempfehlung von mir!
