HRM CONSULTING combines two independent business areas under one roof: we have been successfully filling specialist and management positions as a recruitment consultancy for over 20 years. Our headhunters support companies through direct search and executive search - especially for vacancies in bottleneck markets, confidential recruitment or when suitable candidates are not actively looking.
In 2015, we founded our job advertisement agency - because not every position needs headhunting, our clients kept asking us for advice and, as recruitment consultancy veterans, we simply know which job advertisements work. We offer you everything from a single source, from job board selection to cost-efficient multiposting and ad optimization. This area can be commissioned independently of our recruitment consultancy.

We developed a new website for a well-known customer in our region, with the aim of increasing its attractiveness as an employer. As the customer had specific recruiting needs, we turned to HRM Consulting for advice and assistance with posting job advertisements on various job portals and targeting specific candidates. The aim was to fill our customer's vacant positions as quickly as possible.
I am the owner of the agency 4eck Media. We specialize in web design, SEO & GEO and work across industries for SMEs.
We developed a new website for a well-known customer in our region, with the aim of increasing the company's attractiveness as an employer. As the customer had specific recruitment needs, we turned to HRM Consulting for advice and assistance with posting job advertisements on various job portals and targeting specific candidates. The aim was to fill our customer's vacant positions as quickly as possible.
The good reputation in the form of reviews and ratings is convincing. Ultimately, we already knew each other beforehand through other business relationships.
HRM Consulting first worked with us to define the recruitment goals and target profiles. On this basis, suitable job portals were selected, job advertisements were optimized and placed, and additional measures were implemented to actively approach candidates. Throughout the project, there was regular coordination with us as an agency so that adjustments could be made quickly.
Depending on the project phase, up to two contacts from HRM Consulting were involved in consulting and campaign management. Our role was to act as the coordinating agency between our client and HRM Consulting, consolidating requirements, facilitating coordination, and integrating the results into the overall project.
Through the targeted placement of job advertisements and the supplementary approach to candidates, qualified applications were generated within a short period of time, enabling several vacant positions to be successfully filled. The speed with which the first suitable candidates were presented was particularly positive. This is especially noteworthy because our region is rural and there were certainly alternative locations available to the candidates.
All agreed deadlines were reliably met. Feedback and requests for adjustments were quickly taken on board and usually implemented at short notice, enabling campaigns to be continuously optimized.
Particularly noteworthy are the structured approach, the fast response time, and the practical advice on selecting suitable recruiting channels. The collaboration was professional and straightforward at all times.
Overall, the collaboration went very smoothly. In the future, more automated reporting dashboards could be helpful for tracking key figures and campaign developments in real time.

We tried it ourselves first. The response was disappointing, and the few comments that did fit were still not what we had hoped for. When we brought Heiko Mühle on, a question came up pretty quickly—one I hadn’t expected. He asked how things were going within the team and how the staffing shortage so far had been affecting them. Not everyone’s willing to say that out loud. It was uncomfortable, but it was true. Looking back, the staffing gap also turned into an opportunity to see things that you tend to overlook in everyday life. Heiko Mühle helped cut through all the stress and get to the core of it. If you just fill a role without understanding why the position is vacant in the first place, you don’t really solve the problem.
