Calls made without consent. If you answer, they hang up. It’s unacceptable, rude, and completely out of line. Sounds like prohibited cold calling. Next time, I’ll file a complaint with the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).

Stay away! They’re sending out surveys less and less anyway; apparently, you have to accumulate 5 euros to get paid for the surveys you’ve completed so far and all the time you’ve spent on them. After successfully completing the last survey—which, coincidentally, brought me to the 5-euro threshold—the amount simply wasn’t credited. No one is responding to the email I sent, of course not, even though more than a month has already passed. Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is how a successful, honest, and reputable Leipzig-based company operates these days. This is clearly a scam, so I say, stay away!

I can only confirm the negative reviews: I was asked to participate in a survey on mobility, and as a reward I would receive an Amazon gift card. I sacrificed my valuable time and completed this lengthy survey, which took a really long time. Of course, I didn't receive a gift card. No one has responded to my two emails. When I called, the employee was not helpful at all. I will never participate in a survey from this institute again and can only advise everyone else not to participate either!
