On the outside, wow, on the inside, so-so... Almost all of the colleagues in the survey services are nice and sociable people. Even in the telephone studio, many employees were nice and extremely team-oriented. However, after a short time, the internal structures explicitly on the level of personnel management turn out to be questionable and power-political theater. When inquiries were made about contractual ambiguities with regard to pay, the termination was unfounded and without any disciplinary action (warning, etc.). Although the payment is relatively fair, the system for the remuneration of different activities is partly non-transparent and the salary payments in the employment contract are defined with very generous, seemingly arbitrary time periods. The field leaders were partially sabotaged from the level of personnel management and thus once good and demonstrably productive working relationships were ruined for apparently personal/political reasons. In addition, respect for employees by the personnel management level leaves much to be desired. However, authority and obvious patriarchal attitudes play too big a role in some employees' dealings with employees in the *lower* part of the corporate structure. With some structural changes, the company has potential.
