The comments in *noz-news* (especially those by Dr. P. Ebert) are truly completely out of touch with reality and distort history. In the past, people would have told him, “Just go over there!” But now (and he seems to endorse it), the atmosphere there is even more German-nationalist than it has been (so far) in Osnabrück. Nip it in the bud!

They try to sell magic bracelets for €100 to the very same customers they claim to want to inform.

The NOZ in Fürstenau doesn't observe quiet hours—it's always very loud. The employees there react defiantly when you ask them to be quieter, and they also always arrive 30 minutes to an hour early to hang out and chat, which is also very loud. I don’t think people are paid to chat. And I think it’s a real shame that the employees show so little consideration. Instead, they slam doors as if it were the middle of the day and drive out onto the street blasting loud music.
No one has a problem with them working, but please make sure your employees are quieter at night. Arriving at midnight and standing outside until 1 a.m. chatting, slamming doors, etc., isn’t part of the job. Open the doors once, maybe close them once, but don’t keep slamming them constantly.

One star is still too much!
After I signed up for a trial print subscription, the paper was only delivered after I complained to them several times by email. Then it arrived three times and stopped altogether! I even canceled my digital subscription afterward. Reliability looks very different!
Comment by NOZ Digital GmbH
Hello Mr. Thale,
thank you very much for your feedback. We’re very sorry that you ran into such issues with the delivery of your trial subscription—this is absolutely not up to our quality standards. A colleague will contact you personally again shortly.
Best regards,
Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung

Penetrating spam calls to sell me their subscription again - they really don't miss a day

The whole website is pumped full of ads and even pop up ads, but still you can't even read a local report without a subscription... absolutely sad and superfluous
