For over two years, I diligently completed interviews and questionnaires for this institute, always to the best of my knowledge and belief. I invested most of my rewards in Aktion-Mensch lottery tickets… About three months ago, I was invited to participate in a diary study. After a few days, my account was blocked. This had already happened once before. The reason was discrepancies in my answers… It can happen that questions are misunderstood, you accidentally answer incorrectly, and you can’t correct it for technical reasons. Back then, support reached out and my access was unblocked. This time, there was absolutely no response or reaction. Credits worth €40 are now lost. Overall, the compensation for studies of any kind is quite low. I cannot recommend Norstat. Perhaps there will be a response to this review. I’m curious to see.

I took part in a very extensive coffee machine test that cost me a lot of time—and money, too. But even though I followed all the instructions and returned the machine properly, I have NOT received the promised 1,000 coins—which are worth 100 euros, after all—to this day, and I haven’t received any response to my inquiries about this. I can only recommend that everyone not invest too much time in this—it’s really not worth it in the end. The only one who profits is Norstat.

Blocked for no reason, probably because you can't cash out your "rewards." In my opinion, stay away, it looks like a scam. Better to choose another panel that is more reputable.

I would like to describe my specific case here. After registering with the Norstat Panel, I reached the payout limit of €10 within a short period of time and I still had several surveys open at the time that I could have completed. But right at that moment my account was blocked without any comprehensible reason. I was refused a payout even though I had fulfilled the conditions. For me, this is nothing other than clear predatory capitalism. A company that lives from its users' data should not be allowed to enrich itself at the expense of its participants. The fact that you end up empty-handed for your own work and time invested is simply unacceptable - I documented everything back then. If a wealthy company like Norstat needs to deprive a large number of participants of the money they have earned, then this is not an isolated case, but a system. This is not about €10, but about the principle. Politicians must no longer stand by and allow such companies to operate with impunity. The entire survey industry is often riddled with such practices Collecting data but refusing the agreed consideration. This is predatory capitalism in its purest form.

For some time now, nothing has worked at all. Studies are postponed, test devices are never sent, and surveys can no longer be answered on a cell phone or tablet. If you contact support, which is only possible by email or "contact form", you are rudely rejected on the phone and nothing happens. I sense an impending insolvency. So people, don't invest too much energy and save your time

I also agree with the previous reviews. After several years, the remuneration is being reduced further and further, so that the cost and income are disproportionate. Then the payout as a bank transfer became chargeable! In addition, there are repeated reports of surveys not being remunerated and of accounts being closed and credit being withheld. This almost borders on fraud. Well, if you want to waste time and money, you've come to the right place...

As other users have already written here: the account may be blocked suddenly and without proper justification. I was active for several years, had saved up the largest amount of credit to date and suddenly my account was blocked due to "irregularities in response behavior". I was not given an answer as to what these irregularities were, even after asking several times. The points balance that is not paid out naturally flows indirectly into the company's coffers...

The project manager supports the opinion of the xenophobic independent researcher who sabotaged his survey project on mineral water. Therefore, I did not receive a reward, even though I was obviously the victim of his attitude. The rating remains at 2 stars because my Norsdat account can be quickly deleted with a click of the mouse. At least that makes for a clean break 😉 Nevertheless, I still suffer from the after-effects, e.g. depression, of this survey project, especially when I have to buy mineral water. But my body needs fluids. 🤷 Many thanks to the project for making my life so complicated.

A lot of effort with nothing in return. Even if you always have a 100% activity level (which takes a lot of time with the sometimes quite long surveys), there is nothing in return. Therefore, the effort and return are disproportionate. Many of the surveys were quite interesting. It's a shame, but I don't have that much time to make my time available for virtually free.
