I went to One Chiropractic because of ongoing neck and shoulder pain. Over time, I tried several different treatments and therapists, constantly looking for something that would help. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and I had a positive experience with the practice itself. Unfortunately, after seven treatments, I experienced no improvement in my neck or shoulder complaints at all. Eventually, I decided to stop searching for the next treatment and instead accept the complaints. For me, that change in mindset made a surprisingly big difference. Once I stopped constantly trying to “fix” the problem, I felt much more at ease, and my symptoms gradually subsided. I am now almost completely pain-free. Of course, this is just my personal experience, but I wanted to share it as a reminder that sometimes constantly searching for a solution can keep you in a cycle of stress and tension.

I started my treatment with Ninon a few months ago, as I was ending my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and had some lower back and neck pain. I’ve been adjusted by Ninon until week 39 and it really helped me to feel good towards the end of pregnancy and with very little pain. Would definitely recommend Ninon’s care for any other pregnant lady.
