Not recommended from an applicant's point of view I applied for a position in marketing and clearly entered my salary expectations in the field provided on my application. I was invited to several interviews and was given the opportunity to create a pitch deck for a real customer use case, which I then presented to Netzstrategen's management. All in all, I put in several hours of work to demonstrate my qualifications. The peak of unprofessionalism was reached when I was offered a salary that was 25% (!) below my requirements in the final phone call. My application was a complete waste of time and I do NOT recommend this company.

According to the work of netzstrategen, there is an error on a jointly managed online store that prevents the editing of content. 5 months after pointing it out, the feedback comes back that we are welcome to fix the bug ourselves.... EDIT: Thanks for the comment, but please do not twist the facts. The plugin was installed by you or at your request. (!) On the reference to the fact that thereby errors arise, came from you the feedback that you would not have time for it. If a service provider causes a defect, then he is legally obligated to fix it. Your generous "You're welcome" with a wink smiley is inappropriate. No trace of insight and then the blame for one's own mistakes is shifted onto others, which is a pity.

Hello Jan, we would like to comment briefly on your evaluation. "After the work of netzstrategen" refers to the fact that in one of your projects you use a plugin provided by us free of charge as open source, which unfortunately led to a problem in the individual plugin constellation of your WordPress installation. We regret this, but we can not guarantee compatibility with all conceivable plugin constellations. The open source idea includes not only a "take" of free software that others have programmed, but also a "give" of improvements. We pointed you to this chance to contribute yourself and improve the plugin, because we knew that it would take some time on our side to take a closer look at your individual problem. This obviously upset you, which we find very unfortunate. Nevertheless, we have provided you with a fix, so that the plugin can now be used by you and in your plugin constellation without any problems. You're welcome ;-)

I had a 2-day intensive workshop on "Social Media" with Timo and Julius. The two are super nice, very competent and responded perfectly to my individual ideas! I was able to take a lot from the training and they helped me with the development of social media strategies and format plans. I can only recommend to anyone who wants to refresh their knowledge or needs expert knowledge! Top!
