Completely satisfied with Netplan. The contact with this service provider—especially our point of contact, Mr. Strubert—is always to our complete satisfaction. Requests are handled quickly and exactly as we want, communication is efficient, and everyone is always friendly. I only wish all service providers showed the same level of competence and customer service we’ve experienced here. Really great—if I could give more stars, I would.

Unfortunately, I can't say much about the company itself - but I had a very bad experience with one of the employees in a gray NetPlans car. You would think that as long as you are in a company car you are a decent driver, obviously too much to ask. I was riding my bike through town when he almost ran me off the road and then got angry with me and honked at me aggressively. Very indelicate.
