Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s communication has been very disappointing. Inquiries often go unanswered for a long time. When you do finally receive a response, the information provided is completely inaccurate. When you follow up to clarify the misunderstanding, you’re simply ignored. To me, that’s not what reliability looks like.

The current 4.5 star rating unfortunately does not correspond to reality at all and seems to have been written by employees! The company's performance with us was so subterranean! A ticket system where someone only gets in touch after days and multiple requests ... who then has no idea is just one example of a long litany .... A little tip from entrepreneur to entrepreneur: Hands off and hire someone else directly! I hope I can save someone from a lot of gray hair with this.
