Mixed experience with room for improvement... Our collaboration with Mycom began promisingly: communication was initially constructive and we had the impression that our requirements were understood. However, challenges arose as the project progressed: Agreed timelines unfortunately could not be met, which had an impact on our internal processes. The originally planned budget was also exceeded - although less work was performed than expected. In addition, further costs were charged for corrections to services that were not implemented as agreed. In our view, there is potential for optimization in terms of project management and transparency.
