We purchased leads from Musterhaus Leads as a company and, unfortunately, had a very bad experience. Over the phone, we were explicitly assured of a three-month trial period, after which the contract would be renewed. However, due to the poor quality of the leads, we canceled the contract within the first two weeks—clearly within the trial period. After the fact, they suddenly claimed that no such trial period existed. Another employee then gave us completely contradictory information. Now we’re supposedly supposed to pay for the service for a year, even though we canceled on time. The quality of the leads provided was also very disappointing and in no way met our expectations. We feel we were misled and not provided with transparent information. In our view, treating customers this way is unacceptable. Caution—make sure to get everything confirmed in writing!

I’ve never had any contact with this company, nor do I have any need for it. Suddenly, without being asked, without any consent, and with no explanation of where they got my data—such as my cell phone number—I started receiving text messages saying that a request had been received. There was never any request. The next day, I received several calls. They obviously obtained my data from somewhere and are now harassing people. Edit: After the third call from the third number, it was made clear that no catalog had been ordered and that the number must be deleted immediately. They agreed, but did not follow through. Now they’re calling from cell phone numbers. After threatening to file a complaint with the relevant authorities, they hang up immediately. We’ve now blocked four numbers from this “company.”

Mobile phone number mandatory, even for catalog requests for initial information. Why is that? And what does this have to do with free if I pay with valuable data that is absolutely unnecessary for the actual purpose?

Not a reputable company in my opinion! The cell phone number provided cannot be reached. You are referred to dubious companies that threaten to report you for expressing criticism and suggesting a solution. Data protection guidelines are not adhered to by the recommended companies! ATTENTION!!! It seems that the aim here is to make a quick buck without providing any service.
