I joined Movement Paris nearly 3 years ago.
Practicing movement has helped me a lot—especially with flexibility and strength, but also mentally, through the constant learning of new moves and choreography.
Also, Gianni is an exceptional coach: he’s attentive and deeply committed to the quality of his teaching, whether you’re a high-level athlete or a complete beginner.
We practice outdoors whenever possible, or in a studio or dojo.
Before that, I trained a lot in the gym with group classes, and I could really see the difference—in terms of how personalized the programs are and the advice you receive.
