We specialize in the manufacture and design of unique children's clothes. Our core objective for this project was to develop a commercial platform that allows for the sale of fully customizable clothes.

Our search for a project partner led us to Minic Studio because we needed a team that was not just reliable and flexible, but also proficient in both graphic design and software development. Their comprehensive expertise checked all our boxes.
The project was initiated with a discovery and design session, followed by the development phase upon approval. Minic Studio adopted an agile development method, delivering outputs in 2-week sprints. A part-time project manager helped guide the project, working alongside one UX/UI specialist and two developers.
We worked with a Project manager who helped the team in part time, and one ux&ui specialist together with two developers.
Results
The Minic Studio team adhered to the agreed timeline and successfully delivered a user-friendly interface for our customers. The final product met our project goals and expectations, enabling us to offer a unique, customizable shopping experience for our clients.
What stood out in our collaboration were Minic Studio's flexibility, their focus on the customer, and a strong marketing perspective. Also, the work atmosphere was consistently positive, which made the entire process enjoyable.
Overall, the communication was smooth and efficient. Our requirements and ideas were quickly understood, and the team added value by further developing those initial concepts.
The only hiccup we encountered was a slight difficulty in adapting to the project management methods due to our lack of prior knowledge. A little more guidance in this area could be beneficial for clients new to these methodologies.
