I am leaving this review since I am extremely disappointed the way they dealt with my order. I placed the order a week and half ago, apparently they have sent it second class (but not reordered) and I have called with them 4 times, no product or refund and now they are ignoring my emails so I had to go to Paypal directly to report this to get my money back. First couple of ladies which I spoke to were nice, but last one was very feisty/rude. I would not recommend it as this is not the way to handle missing parcel to a new customer, you will not resolve anything by ignoring it! Thank you

Good evening Katrina, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your order was dispatched promptly via Royal Mail Second Class shortly after it was placed. As discussed during our phone conversations, Royal Mail 48 deliveries can take up to 10 working days. At the time you contacted us, this timeframe had not yet passed. We also explained that if the parcel had not arrived by the 10th working day, we would of course issue a full refund. We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating and we always aim for orders to arrive much sooner. Unfortunately, once parcels are with the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. Our team always does their best to assist customers and resolve any issues, and we ask that all interactions remain respectful so we can continue to provide the best possible service. As you have also opened a PayPal dispute regarding this order, the matter will now be resolved through PayPal’s formal process. Kind regards. Aislinn
