Our confirmed tour with Deine Stadtführung in London was canceled at short notice. First, we were told the guide had an exclusive certification interview at the Tower of London—one supposedly offered to only 0.4% of applicants. No proof was provided. Then, suddenly, we heard that a longer City of London tour had come up. GetYourGuide, meanwhile, said: “Guide is sick.” No one ever explained which version was true.

Although GetYourGuide asked the operator to find a replacement, nothing came of it. We also received no help finding an alternative. The only thing we got was the refund we were already owed.

Chaotic, unreliable, and unprofessional. Even the privacy notice is out of date and fails to mention a tracking service that was already active before consent was given. A clear warning about this operator.

I cannot make a direct statement about the service.
I waited weeks for a reply to an email and got a 0-8-15 response.

But if you look at the digital presence of this company, any professional will notice that there is still a lot of room for improvement! Apart from the fact that none of the 5 star reviews have any content. Very suspicious...

Maybe this company should get some in-depth advice....
