I don't recommend using them to buy any computer, I bought a computer through this company last November. Since January, it's been unusable, and communication with support has been disastrous, if not non-existent. They say everything's fine, but when I receive it, the problems still persist, and finally, when it's time to return the product, you can receive return slips that are refused when the parcel is dropped off.
In short, I think I've also been a victim of bad luck, but it's all down to incompetence at this level all the same.

I ordered my gaming PC from there at the beginning of March.
After paying in advance, I had my PC within a week. The shipping packaging was excellent. I can't give any feedback on the support, as I haven't had to make use of it yet.
The PC is great and runs perfectly.
Update:
After 3 years, the PC is still running perfectly without any problems :)

Disappointing quality - defective shortly after the warranty period
I bought this PC exactly three years ago and was initially satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately, the device suddenly broke shortly after the warranty expired (2 years) - without warning.
For the price, I would have expected it to last longer. The fact that the defect occurred directly after the warranty leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I can therefore only advise against buying here. Anyone looking for a long-lasting PC should look elsewhere!

(Don’t buy pc from megaport) because i bought a gaming pc from megaport and after 3 mounths the pc started opning bios in loop. There customer service/support is not helpful. The megaport company is in only german so u can’t fix your pc anywhere.

I came with 3 problems that were ultimately not due to the new PC (incompatible keyboard, had adjusted the screen scaling and also due to accessibility).
Nevertheless, Mr. Kattluhn helped me several times and was able to fix everything.
In addition, the gaming PC is very quiet and beautiful, at a fair price - a clear 5 stars

I have already bought my third computer from Megaport and I have to say that I am very satisfied with both the quality and the price. There is no cheap junk installed or somehow crookedly assembled, everything is always intact and has no quirks or scratches and the service life that a gamer expects of 5/7 years is definitely given with the latest components at top prices.
