I recommended the company to a customer more than six months ago. The goods were picked up by the customer, but to this day there is neither a clear, understandable outcome nor any payment or response regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, the company has repeatedly not been reachable by phone for me—only the voicemail picks up. The customer has also reached out to me in the meantime because they haven’t received clear information about the current status. I find the communication and the long processing time very disappointing. A prompt update and clarification of what’s going on would be greatly appreciated. As a result, my experience has unfortunately been negative.

Unfortunately only one star and that's because there's no other way here on Google! I am very shocked at the way the management deals with customers, who wait weeks for quotes, are repeatedly put off, telephone calls are not answered and much more... If your company can't do something or can't manage it, then please communicate this openly with the customers, then everything is fine. Please change this way of dealing with your customers. There may be enough orders now, but other times will come! I hope for improvement!
