Warning, I have used Nitrado before with no issues. However this time, I have experienced fraud. I turned off my auto renew for my pre paid 30 day ark ascended server 8 days prior to the renew. I was watching a movie when I got a notification that Nitrado took funds from my account. I contacted Nitrado, there was a long wait, the next day I woke up to an email, I replied to it, however no one bothered to reply back, that evening I started the chat again. I waited and spoke to a human, basically told me he can't refund my because there system says I turned off auto renew 2 hours after the payment was took, this is obviously a lye, I don't believe it's a technical fault either, I believe it's just to make more profit, but what I do know is I am a victim of fraud, I have screen shot to prove I turned off, just aswell I have trust issues, Nitrado asked for the screen shot, Ill be giving it to my bank, and will report them. Be careful with this company, protect your selfs.

Nitrado has bought the rights to exclusive server hosting in ARK Ascended and now only delivers the absolute minimum in performance, without having to compete with other providers. In ARK Ascended, you now constantly have at least a 200 ping, even if the server is right next door. Don’t give people like that any money. it’s wasted.

A server (Enshrouded) designed for 8 people (8 slots) already had constant problems with just 2 players. Error messages kept popping up saying that the server couldn't cope with its allocated performance. I could maybe understand it with 8 players, but 2 out of 8 and everything crashes? No thanks, after a month the server was canceled immediately.

My friends and I rented a server for a month and will continue to do so. During this time, there have been several server issues where you were simply disconnected, or even more serious server problems, but it seems that all you need to do is report the issue on Discord instead of on official platforms such as Instagram, X, etc. Now, today, the server has crashed again and the Nitrado website is unavailable. This is definitely the 4th or 5th problem with Nitrado during our rental period. We will definitely not be getting our next server from you.

I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious before giving Nitrado your payment details. I was recently charged £8.84 for an automatic renewal on a server I no longer use. I was under the impression I had already cancelled this, but their system is either intentionally confusing or functionally poor. When I contacted support to request a refund for the unused service, I was met with a rigid, unhelpful response, quoting their "final and non-negotiable" terms. For a company to be so inflexible over such a minor amount is appalling. I have been left with no other option than to pursue a chargeback and formal consumer complaint. Avoid this company.

Lack of tech support, will only provide FAQs and vague hints on how to solve your issues. Company has no problem taking your money but has little to no platform for customer service or troubleshooting experiences. Says it supports PlayStation, haven't seen it yet. If this company wants to stay out of a class action lawsuit it should do better.

Buyer beware!! My credit card was charged for several months!! Weekly charges! The company is refusing to credit the money back! This is fraud!
I absolutely cannot understand the many negative reviews. 1. i am not an IT expert, i can handle the website. Of course the handling could be configured :) but that's a matter of opinion :) 2. i had already booked DayZ and now ARK Evolved for Playstation. DayZ had better configuration options than ARK, but the squad split up because it costs an apple and an egg a month to be able to play in peace and not be slaughtered by the others. So I logged off, I had credit available because I had built some crap myself somewhere, I then used this 3. used it on ARK Evolved, because my husband and I imagined we were playing ARK because he already had it from before. So my wife didn't think twice, fired up the PC, logged in to Nitrado and rented a server (unfortunately with at least 20 slots - stupid for 2 players, but that's how it is = accepted 😅👍) Then the despair 🤔😮💨 server could be started once and then not anymore 😂 I was totally flipping, contacted support yes well they won't answer in 10 minutes now either. A few hours later it was up and running🥳 The problem was that the message was there, there was some kind of error or server problem, but I hadn't connected it to my problem 🤷🏽♀️🙈 The next day I received an answer from support, totally nice, friendly and courteous. That it was then my own stupidity because of the problem message well, Nitrado can't help it 🤪 Server has been running perfectly since then, yes there are lags, hangs or takes time to load at all, BUT as a normal consumer you have to consider what ARK has for a data volume. Even the official server doesn't run smoothly. Other games like egoshooter also have massive performance problems and you also pay a lot of money for them 😂 my experience with Blizzard, a billion-dollar company and they can't get the language translation in the quests right recently 😂 and much more. Every company rents servers, so they are basically the middlemen, which is completely legitimate. And there are large amounts of money flowing because when a company has a total outage, it costs a lot of money. If Telekom and the like have disruptions, you don't automatically get a refund of your bill either, only if you ask HARDLY 😅 I think to myself if the support doesn't answer, think carefully about what you have written, the tone makes the music. And the fact that you have to deactivate the automatic renewal is like any subscription in the Playstore where you have to cancel manually. This is now common practice. Rent servers with common sense and always remember, friendliness has a positive effect 😊 VG Silvia ✌🏽

BUYER BEWARE: There is an astronomical amount of fake positive reviews for this server provider. Please review trustpilot and other public review stations before proceeding. This is NOT a 3+ star service, 2 at maximum. The positive reviews are either employees, Managers, developers, friends of the business ect. This Server provider needs to be avoided at all costs. This includes stepping away from Ark completely and not support any Nitrado server or game developer that uses Nitrado as a server host. I have used Nitrado for years and will gladly verify all claims in this review. 1. This server provider has frequent down time, interruptions. 2. This server provider does not respond in 24 hours as advertised. 3. This server provider does not compensate for loss down time or interruptions. 4. This server provider violates consumer laws in western countries, steals money from its users and provides no refunds when requested within the 14 day purchase period. 5. The support staff are typically rude, will close open tickets without responding or providing a resolution. 6. There are a lot of pending reclamation claims made against this company. ( Users going to there bank and requesting money back ) because Nitrado will not refund or compensate you. 7. They think a "Resolution" is repairing or fixing a server that you paid for that has not been operational for more than 72 hours. 8. If you request any compensation for downtime, interruptions they completely ignore your request and run to their company policy. 9. They are over priced and price gouge consumers as they currently hold a monopoly on Ark servers. 10. They implemented an “automatic renewal” with no notification or authorization. It is automatically implied to renew. If you get dinged with a renewal they WILL NOT refund you. Very dubious and unprofessional. I have an active open ticket ID: 2417656 I can back up all claims via screen shot, server logs, screen shots of convos with tech support ect. I have already left a review on trustpilot and I aint done yet. FYI.. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.. Google should implement a -1 star review system as I believe 1 star means minimal satisfaction.. where is the reference to ZERO satisfaction. Avoid this company at all costs.
