Lots of talk and lectures from the boss, but very little productive good output. More self-promotion than anything behind it. A lot is trumpeted to the outside world about how great and good LMIS is. However, there seems to be an understanding of the topic, but there are never any concrete implementations that deliver added value. No USP of its own. Moderate pay for a lot of demanded overtime/work.

I wrote my bachelor thesis at LMIS AG. The colleagues were super friendly and I felt very well taken care of. Supervisors were demanding and critical, but always friendly and constructive.

Unfortunately, after a disastrous application process, the company seems absolutely off-putting to me. In the future, care should be taken to be honest with candidates and not to lure them with false promises. Even though the HR department (management) is still very young, one can assume a certain professionalism, which is unfortunately not yet present.
