Lemon

I planned to go to training with Yaroslava at Lemon back in January, then in February, and then in March. But something always came up. So when I finally made it to the long-awaited training in May, I was over the moon! But in order. The studio is very close to Akademmistechko metro station, so there are no logistics issues. The space is spacious and bright, with all the equipment you need, so you can even test things like Kenwood before buying. All the ingredients and supplies were freely available. Coffee and tea were unlimited. And a great administrator, Larysa, who quickly handled any questions that came up. Training: it was my first time learning with Yaroslava Sahatyuk. She’s a very kind and professional person. She even explained things that weren’t directly covered in the masterclass topic. She helped me with questions about the metal structure for my first wedding cake. I really liked that we made cakes from A to Z—we baked the sponge layers, prepared everything for the decoration, assembled the cakes... Then we tasted everything. And we also had some “failures” in the process, and Yaroslava would explain and show how to get out of this or that situation. What would I like to change? Purely for me, of course))). I’d want a slightly smaller group, and more detailed technical sheets. Because while you’re watching the masterclass, you remember everything. But a few days later, you don’t. Still, there’s a big plus: during the masterclass they filmed us a bit, and sometimes on the videos you can catch important information. Do I want to come back again? Yes! And not just once. I’ve taken masterclasses in other places too, and Lemon training is the best and most comfortable—even with the trip from another city.

Thank you so much for the wedding cake course—I learned a lot of useful information. I also want to especially thank the instructor. It was really a pleasure to listen, and the way the information was presented was simply wonderful.

I went to the master class with bento and little cakes, and honestly—just wow 🤩 I loved everything: presentation, atmosphere, organization—everything was top-notch. After an experience like this, it’s simply impossible not to learn how to make cakes. I truly recommend it 🤍

I’d love to sincerely share my impressions of the course “My First Cake.” I studied with Yaroslava Sahatiuk—and for me, she’s the best teacher! The atmosphere during the course was very comfortable, supportive, and inspiring. In these 2 days, I received a huge amount of valuable information, but most importantly, I got maximum hands-on practice. Each stage was explained in detail and worked through step by step, which gave me confidence in my skills and a clear understanding of the process. I’m really satisfied with the training and I can definitely recommend this course to everyone who wants a confident start in the pastry world 🍰✨ I’ll definitely come to another course too, because I understand that this is where they provide the most knowledge!!!

This was my first experience learning at the Lemon school, the course “Bento Cake from Scratch.” I’ll say this: I learned everything that was interesting—and even more. Yaroslava Sagatyuk explains so clearly that even a child would understand what’s what. It was easy to work through, with no pressure at all—the atmosphere was really pleasant.
