Leadershyft

Kevin Erickson founded Leadershyft. He brings together an MBA in Organizational Leadership, an MA in Psychology, and years of hands-on experience as a business consultant, coach, and psychotherapist. He also holds certifications in executive coaching and Lean Six Sigma, and his background includes more than 15 years in senior leadership roles plus a decade of consulting work. At Leadershyft, Kevin looks at consulting through a human lens. Rather than focusing only on how an organization is built, he works to understand the people behind it. He believes success in business and in life grows out of strong relationships, which is why leadership matters so deeply to him. Drawing on his training in organizational leadership and his understanding of human behavior, he supports leaders in helping their organizations succeed. His influence reaches well beyond client work. As Board President of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Vancouver-Fraser, he devotes his energy to personal development and community service. Outside of that, he keeps himself busy with running, hiking, and playing guitar by the fire, even if his singing is best left to the campfire.
