I’m absolutely thrilled. I booked an appointment for a blood draw today at 8:25 a.m. I was already there at 8:10 a.m. and was seen right away. My blood test results were available by 3:00 p.m. I had my blood test results checked as part of the “Igel” service. The prices are very reasonable. I paid by card on-site, but you can also have an invoice sent to you. I’d definitely come back anytime.

I am really very satisfied with this laboratory. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The blood test was completely painless and very professional. I particularly appreciated the quick and transparent delivery of the results. You feel that you are taken seriously here and receive the best possible medical care. A big thank you to the whole team—I highly recommend them!

I find the accounting staff very rude and unfriendly, especially Guzel. If you greet him a little more politely or ask him a question, he speaks with an accent that’s hard to understand—he speaks poorly and is also dishonest. So when you ask him for something, he’s downright unfriendly and mean. The phone service is unbelievable.

I like coming here. Never had any problems so far - even today, without an appointment, no waiting time. The people there are nice and everything runs smoothly. If you want to have blood tests as a self-payer, you're in good hands here.

Anyone who still propagates compulsory masks after the publication of the RKI files etc... (via Doctolib) must have been living under a rock for the last few years.

Hello Yannik, Thank you for pointing this out. The sentence on Doctolib is outdated, we are not obliged to wear a mask. We have removed it.
