I filed a complaint with them, but they rejected it based on Article 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law on Consumers and Users. Essentially, it says that I am not considered a consumer under consumer protection law because the website I purchased was for professional purposes. I wouldn’t wish the experience I’ve had with you all on anyone—not in a million years. I’m not going to waste time sharing it here; I’ve already been through enough. A little more humility, better customer service, and, if possible, less arrogance when dealing with a customer. And see if you can tell your hosting partners that, for the 300€ a year they charge, they should do things right and change the passwords and contact and admin emails once you’ve had your client sign the document where you release yourselves from any liability. You didn’t even set up the mandatory data protection pages on the website, and when I requested the migration, you didn’t lift a finger FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK. All you care about here is raking in the cash; after that, it’s as if you’ve vanished. It’s a disgrace.

Through other channels, we have attempted to provide you with a coherent and clear explanation of the actions you took voluntarily. We remind you that migrating the website, creating backups without our knowledge, and signing a statement refusing to provide us with the legal texts required by regulation were decisions you made personally and under your own responsibility. We regret that you are attempting to hold us responsible for the wrong decisions and actions you took independently and knowingly. We appreciate the trust you placed in us at the time, but we cannot accept being required to provide services that were not contracted, nor can we accept being held responsible for consequences arising from technical management unrelated to our team. It is worth noting that since our inception and throughout our history, we have consistently provided personalized and courteous attention, along with professional service tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
