I picked up my defective PC after 14 days because they were unable to get a new hard drive in that time. I dropped off the PC on 9/22. I paid just under 90 euros for the effort. I have both in writing.

Dear Mr. Schmidt, unfortunately you do not present the facts correctly. Here are the facts: You demonstrably turned in your PC on Monday, 09/26/2022. The diagnosis was prompt. Diagnosis: sector error on the hard disk. Our technician spent a lot of time to recover the data. This time was not fully charged. On Friday, 29.09.2022 you then ordered the repair (installation of a new SSD and installation of Windows). The SSD was ordered by us immediately. According to the supplier, the delivery time was 2-3 business days, which would have meant a delivery on Wednesday, 05.10. or Thursday, 06.10. if the holiday (3.10.) had been taken into account. On Wednesday, 05.10. you showed up at our place to pick up the computer again unrepaired. Furthermore, the 14 days you cite would not have passed until Monday, 10/10/2022. I cannot see any delay or neglect on our part here. Unfortunately, you give a bad rating here without justification. Sincerely D. Kröber

Every contact with the Kröber company has so far led to success. Clear explanations, understandable even to the layman, of the sometimes somewhat complicated issues make the dialog pleasant.
