Komoot used to be great, but since it was sold, it has deteriorated so much due to countless downgrades (updates) that you have to look for another app.

Komoot does not respond to suggestions (since 2011) or criticism at all. And Komoot is annoying every week by popping up ads for Premium, see screenshot. Heat problem becomes a danger for the smartphone FINAL SETTLEMENT: ACCOUNT AFTER 14 YEARS GELÖSCHT✅️ KOMOOT IS FOR ME OBSOLET❌️

People seriously? Improvement? You put the white information bar in the center about the most important thing when hiking, biking etc. the map? Time to look around for another app. Moreover, it has become a very unpleasant company anyway. A large part of the old workforce was made redundant after the takeover.

I do not recommend. I paid for the app for the whole world. After 4 months , after the phone crashed the app disappeared. After it was uploaded again my account disappeared.

I have just canceled my subscription. The annual fee has been raised from €59.88 to around €260 without prior notice, which is a real audacity. This greed for money is just disgusting.

Never again! I have a free account. It is legitimate for Komoot to advertise premium accounts. I clicked on the x in the top left corner to cancel advertising - Komoot immediately "donated" a free subscription, after 7 days for 4.99/week. Hello, I have canceled!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Apple informed. Komoot will never see me again. Absolute cheek!

Komoot is practical for outdoor tours, but can sometimes be very confusing and cumbersome.

Komoot debited money from my account via Google Commerce without me having bought anything. I have asked for my money back. If it is not refunded, I will press charges.
