Working with the Kochstraße agency in Hannover was an absolutely great experience. The team consists of incredibly friendly, likable, and above all very creative people. You can really tell that everything is done with a lot of passion. They took care of everything reliably and professionally, so the collaboration was not only smooth, but also genuinely enjoyable. I wanted to have a questionnaire filled out for my bachelor thesis. I was kindly answered that this was possible, but the questionnaire was not filled out in the time I was told. So I asked again to fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible, because I was under time pressure. The only answer I received was that it would not be possible and that I had too many requirements. I find it a pity that the blame was put on me that the person did not make it in time. Setting a deadline is probably not too much to ask for in a favor. In community management, and companies in general, it should be important to others to admit their own mistakes. I find this behavior very rude.
