Hello, the AD was good at his job, ...but when I received the material I ordered, I was a bit disappointed, I generally like sustainable packaging, But the basis here should be a certain stability of the packaged product, which unfortunately was not the case, as a "gift" I can only give away a part, anything else would be very embarrassing, - here should be reworked - !

I can only completely advise against working with them, I mainly ordered reduction rulers, but then realized that I still had enough and therefore cancelled or postponed the order with the words that I would get in touch when I needed some again. After a lack of internal communication, I then received correction prints anyway, as if there had been no such cancellation. I then also sent the employee the cancellation again and then also legally canceled the other items within 48 hours. I was then confronted with a 30% cancellation fee. My assessment of the case was no longer taken into consideration. On the contrary, I received some snotty and insulting emails from the employees. This is a scam, they are trying to rip customers off, unfortunately I have to assume in the meantime that it was never about selling me a great product, but about making money and they use all means to do so. Whether this is legal or not is highly questionable from a moral point of view.

Dear Sir or Madam If I order a certain number of promotional products, I would like to have only this number and not simply several and then have this explained as overproduction, which is nonsense as you do not manufacture the article but only apply the advertising. If you mean to deliver more than is ordered, you must also bear the difference in costs! Your sales representatives no longer need to contact us, we don't do business that way!
It was my first order from Kurt Hoffmann GmbH and I am extremely satisfied. Starting with top advice from very competent contact persons Markus Kleckers and Denise Herrmann, through to speedy delivery and the great products themselves. I will be happy to shop there again.

The quality of the printing on the promotional items is also very good. Even the communication by phone and e-mail is very friendly and we have the feeling that you are not just "a customer". I can only advise against working with this company. I ordered promotional items and canceled them within 24 hours. That's when the stress began. It's not about the quality of the product, as I haven't received it yet, but about the extremely poor communication. I was confronted with a cancellation fee of 30% plus tax, which was not communicated to me beforehand. My message that I did not agree with this was not responded to - instead I simply received the cancellation invoice. When I called, I was told: "My boss told me to do it this way." In response to my astonishment at the lack of professionalism, I was told: "We also think you are unprofessional." Any argumentation was ignored and instead the emails said: "Choose wisely." I think some cancellation fee for work already done (like applying the logo) is reasonable, but 30% without prior communication is absolutely unacceptable. My suggestion to reduce the fee to 15% was rejected. To summarize, the company's communication is disastrous. I cannot evaluate the quality of the product, but the communication style definitely needs improvement. Addition 21.11.: The payment due date on the invoice is 22.11 and two days before I get the notice that they will give it to Creditreform on Monday. Addendum 23.1.: I receive a note that my cancellation invoice will be sent to Creditreform although, as described above, a cancellation was not possible. I really hope that the company gets its bookkeeping under control.
