From the initial concept idea to the final implementation of our website and various campaigns, the team not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them. The new homepage is a real eye-catcher and perfectly reflects our dental laboratory: modern, appealing and user-friendly. The design, structure and content simply harmonize perfectly - and we have already received great feedback from our customers. Unfortunately you have to award one star. I can't say anything about the company's work, but as a business partner they are very unreliable and unfortunately don't pay invoices for several thousand euros and don't respond to emails or phone calls. Dear Mr. Steffen, unfortunately we have no other choice but to go to the public, as they simply return registered letters unopened.

Catastrophic! I can only advise against any collaboration. On behalf of the company I work for (subsidiary of a DAX company), I commissioned the creation of an animated film. At the beginning everything went well, the exchange with the owner was friendly, we were repeatedly assured that our request was not a problem for justconnected. A 50% deposit was charged right at the beginning. When the work on the content began, the quality and decency dropped. Appointments were postponed, deadlines were broken. The delivered work looked as if it had been created 10 minutes earlier. We then wrote the script for the film ourselves and hoped for more competence in animation. From that point on, we never heard from the owner, Mr. Steffen, again. Neither he nor the company can be reached by phone. Nobody showed up for escalation appointments either. It almost seems like a scam. We have never received an animated film. Not even worth the one star.

Young, fresh, innovative, creative team with good ideas. Unfortunately, there is a lack of implementation. Deadlines are not met and questions remain unanswered. We are now about to cancel the contract. No one is getting back to us. The deposit had to go quickly, of course. But the service is a long time coming. Too bad! The first impression was super.
