From TOP to FLOP! We chose Jupitec in 2012 because of the customer and user friendliness, the super support and the good price-performance ratio, after we had left Albis because of catastrophic support. As a small start-up, we were still building shelves with the managing director and had a very friendly relationship with all the employees. Unfortunately, with the expansion came increasing incompetence, blaming customers, covering up our own mistakes and, most recently, highly arrogant and misanthropic to malicious comments from employees after a failed server move that was not communicated to customers. For several weeks, our email account no longer worked, our website didn't work either, the telephone service also crashed (Starface), printing no longer worked, letters were lost, data was not synchronized, mobile working was no longer possible, hundreds of hours of working time were lost in addition to the damage to our reputation and the financial loss. The practice owner's complaint was simply not answered, many things still don't work, no support at all! In our small private practice, the forced quarterly updates have recently reset all settings. Far too expensive, poor service and gagging contracts without giving out passwords. We are now looking to switch. Even one star is too many - what a shame!
The field staff, technicians and practice consultants who trained us in parallel with the technical conversion of the practice software proved to be not only extremely competent but also very friendly and helpful. We felt very well accompanied and supported. The Medical Office software is well thought out and practical.
Reliable for network and hardware problems. Specialized in medical practices.
