Our company, based in Sindelfingen, specializes in consulting and sales of standard and business software. We offer a wide range of hardware and software solutions for B2B customers. In my role as team leader in marketing, I am responsible for business development and the strategic direction of our website.

Our primary goal was to find a professional point of contact for technical problems, be it software bugs or other technical challenges that we could not solve internally. Another main goal was to increase traffic and improve SEO rankings, especially for our websites Software-express.de and Surface-World.de. Regular maintenance work, such as maintaining plugins, as well as UX analyses were also a focus, although we carry out the implementation of these analyses internally.

The provider was selected after extensive online research. I compared various providers and their reference projects and found the references from Jocapps particularly appealing. Their professional image and a successful test project convinced us. The price-performance ratio was also right.

The project began with a short meeting in which we described the problem or idea. This was followed by a brainstorming session in which we discussed our requirements and Jocapps' suggestions. There were regular feedback loops until the first draft was ready. We were in constant contact throughout the entire project and had a dedicated contact person. For more important decisions, the management was also involved, and Jocapps responded flexibly to our needs.

Several employees were involved in the project, including the management in the role of product owner or project manager and UX consultant. A team of developers supported the project, with 2-3 employees directly involved in each project.

The Surface World website was an outstanding success, with traffic more than tripling from 500 to 1,500 clicks per day. The site's user-friendliness and SEO have improved significantly. In the Google ranking, we rose from 30th place on average to places between 8th and 10th.

Deadlines were always met, both internally and at Jocapps. Tasks were appreciated in an accommodating manner and deadlines were always met on time. We were pleasantly surprised by this.

We were particularly impressed by the agile collaboration. As a medium-sized company, we appreciate Jocapps' modern and proactive way of working. They think outside the box and draw our attention to aspects that we hadn't thought of. The meetings were always positive and constructive, and the communication was clear and comprehensible.

There are currently no points of criticism. We are very satisfied with the collaboration and cannot name any improvements off the top of our heads.
