We had to try new ways and technologies to get our product developed due to some innovative features of the boat. We liked open communication and the input from the people with different technical or design background. I felt that they were going the extra mile. Work was done in a professional manner, feedback was appreciated and updated in revised files. The files we received were good and shipyard could work with it. Reading the feedback from others this is not what I have experienced. We all need to understand that people can get sick, visit clients, trade shows, etc. Is there room for improvement? We have placed 3 orders with this design office so far (2 houseboats and 1 residential yacht). All 3 projects have been completed to our complete satisfaction. The employees are very competent, have great ideas, but still respond to the wishes of the client, even if these seem to be unworkable for some shipbuilders at the beginning. The jobs have always been completed on time. Communication has been very good and pricing is transparent. We can recommend this company without reservation.
