I’ve been working at ITS Group for 7 years and I’m really happy with it. The work atmosphere is excellent—there are lots of events throughout the year, and the assignments are varied and interesting. A company where you feel good.

Not a serious company at all. My application was accepted, but I never heard back. Despite my many calls, they never gave me an update, and they categorically refuse to connect me with HR so we can talk directly—because they claim, “HR doesn’t take calls,” which just makes the situation worse. They’re ghosting candidates and not respecting them, and that’s unacceptable.

After several interviews and the quality of the conversations I had with the sales team, I naively thought I’d get feedback on the positioning this company promised me. But to this day, I’ve heard nothing—no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait, and even after following up, there’s been zero communication. I don’t recommend this company.
