Our company, MINI, specializes in the automotive industry, and my role in this organization is that of a Social Media Manager. As such, I manage projects from the customer's perspective.

The objective of our project involved planning three campaign phases, with the first two phases focused on increasing brand awareness through reach and impressions, while the third phase focused on traffic conversion. The final videos created during this project were intended for use in TikTok ads. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were set in advance, with the premise that the quality of the videos would directly influence the effectiveness of the KPIs within the setup.

The decision to use Instant Waves Media as a service provider was based on their previous positive results with similar customer projects as part of the TTCX program, although there was no previous acquaintance.

The project process began with the commissioning, followed by a kick-off call to describe the project and present the briefing. An initial coordination meeting was followed by a working phase with regular feedback rounds and shoulder checks until the final concept was finalized. During a pre-production meeting, all aspects of the film production were agreed, which was realized within three days of shooting at the end of November. Production was followed by various sessions for editing, sound tuning, color grading and text revisions. The project took less than two months to complete, which underlines the fast turnaround and efficient implementation of feedback.

There were several key personnel involved in the project, including a production manager as the main coordinator and point of contact, a freelance creative director who was responsible for the creative concept and direction, and others involved in editing and color grading whose exact numbers and affiliations (internal or external) are unknown to me.

The results of the campaign so far have exceeded expectations and set new benchmarks, which clearly demonstrates the success of the project.

The service provider's professional response to feedback and deadlines, even under stressful conditions, should be emphasized, reflecting a customer-oriented, solution-focused approach and positive chemistry between the parties involved from the outset.

In conclusion, it can be said that the project was very successful despite the short implementation time and the challenges encountered, which is primarily due to the rapid troubleshooting and professional handling of feedback.

Of course, errors occurred in the course of this complex project, which is almost inevitable given the ambition and tight timeframe. However, it is remarkable how efficiently and effectively these challenges were overcome. The quick and professional troubleshooting by the service provider has been instrumental in ensuring that these incidents are not a cause for complaint. This flexibility and commitment to solving problems quickly is invaluable, especially in dynamic project environments.
