The company has professionally trained bridal stylists to help you find your dream wedding dress. Currently, Hochzeitsrausch has a huge collection of wedding dresses and wedding rings for brides and grooms. With their WordPress website, Hochzeitsrausch has built a strong online ecosystem.
Challenge
The flawless bridal collection of Hochzeitsrausch was available for online purchase on their website. However, when bridal shopping, customers usually prefer to visit Hochzeitsrausch's offline stores and try on the dresses before buying. For this reason, Wedding Rush required WordPress maintenance services to change certain features of the website and make it much more user-friendly. The "Buy Now" option on the website was unnecessary, as customers are more likely to visit the store to make purchases. In addition, the groom collection section of the website was missing some important filtering options. Also, Wedding Rush needed to offer chat support on its website.
