This company was recommended to us by Salesforce. Unfortunately, there is very poor accessibility and the implementation of the services is faulty. We are working with Excel and Dropbox again because what should be implemented does not work and nobody cares.
Nice reception, helpful staff.

Absolutely unprofessional and grotty. How big companies can hire you is beyond me (in terms of service and customer support). Only because of sitting out promotions and thus cost savings. How can it be that you have to open new tickets to respond to older ones (instead of a response to the previous email history)?
