I occasionally have the chance to participate in study participants. It’s really interesting to be allowed to test new products, take part in group discussions, or attend tastings. The team is very professional and friendly. More companies should invest their money in studies for their projects, products, or services. As a customer, I always get annoyed when a product goes to market without being properly thought through, or when apps are never built with usability in mind. For example, the city should have its apps and websites tested before they’re released online! I love it when, as a customer, you can buy and use products that have been well tested. That’s what market research is for. I hope there will be many more great opportunities for me to take part.
