I participated in the survey for a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Unfortunately, the Amazon voucher was not delivered to me. Several requests by mail which I have already written weeks ago, remain unanswered Therefore, one star is already too much....

I received an invitation by mail to participate in a survey. As a small compensation, an Amazon voucher in the amount of 15€ was promised. At the end of the survey, one should then press a button to receive this voucher. However, this button was not displayed. I then sent an email including a screenshot to the IFH. The IFH has contacted after a few days by mail and for technical problems in connection with the above survey. In the mail was also the promised Amazon voucher. For this, there are five stars from me.

They even respond quickly to mails here. I participated in a survey for a Galaxy Tab S7+, there were technical difficulties and somehow one was in a loop. I received not only an apology, but also a small gift. So, of course, still like to participate in surveys. Thank you very much and good luck furthermore.
