We brought in ibecome to create a traveling exhibition, and the result is disastrous: a large number of the displays are broken. They’re unusable, so we can’t meet our commitments to our audience. Not only was the equipment defective, but the company’s response was disappointing—no solution, no commercial gesture, and a clear lack of professionalism. When you pay for a service, you expect it to work, not for you to have to deal with these problems. Avoid them at all costs if you don’t want to end up with unusable materials. Such a shame to waste time and money on a company that doesn’t live up to its promises.

Once again, we had the pleasure of working with Ibecome’s team on a project to create the visual identity for a stationery and cardboard collective from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes called Alp’paper, in collaboration with the Papier Carton Industry (IPC). We now have a great group visual identity that we’ll be presenting in Paris next November.
